Sensi Joe Varady has created a number of fantastic videos that can help your child with stances, techniques, blocks and katas. I have included the first 4 katas below, but there is a lot more on his YouTube page that your child can practice. Remember, we learn them out of order, first katat 1, then 3, 4 and finally 2. I know its weird, but that's how we do it!
